Our experienced teachers are the heart of our dance school, bringing a wealth of knowledge, fun and love to every class. With years of professional training and performance experience between us, our aim is to make sure every child’s dance experience is magical.

Miss Anna
Principal
Miss Anna was born is Aberdeenshire, Scotland. She began dancing at the Linsey school of dance at the young age of 2. She went on to gain a place at the Royal Ballet school and this was where her extensive ballet training began. Upon graduating she went on to dance professionally in English National Ballet and in London’s West End in Phantom of the Opera. She also played the role of the ‘White’ cat in the production CATS, onboard the Oasis of the Seas.
In 2016 she gained her Royal Academy of Dance teaching qualification and set up her own school a few years after that. She loves nothing more than sharing her huge love, passion and knowledge of dance with children.

Miss Licia
RAD Ballet Teacher
Originally from South Africa, Licia began ballet at age 3 and completed all RAD grades up to Advanced 1. She performed in productions like Snow Queen in CAPAB National Youth Ballet and competed in Dance Eisteddfods.
In 2000, she moved to England and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Ballet from the University of Durham in 2003, also earning her Licentiate from the Royal Academy of Dance.
Afterward, she taught in North London and freelanced in London and Tunbridge Wells before starting her own ballet school in 2006. In 2018, she sold the school to focus on family but has since returned to teaching.

Miss Nina
Guest Teacher
Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Nina began ballet at age six with Grupo Cultural de Dança – Ilha. Alongside ballet, she studied Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop and for ten years competed nationally and internationally.
In 2006, Nina became a rehearsal assistant and teacher under Director Patricia Marques. Her professional career began in 2007 at Balé Teatro Guaíra in Brazil, and she later danced in Germany with Theater Nordhausen Ballett.
After moving to England in 2011, Nina worked as a guest artist and ballet tutor in London before leading her own dance school.

Miss Becky
Guest Teacher
Rebecca’s passion for dance began at a young age, leading her to train at the Royal Ballet School. After graduating, she joined The Estonian Vanemuine Ballet company, where she danced professionally for three years, performing in numerous classical and neo-classical ballets. She also danced with Cork City Ballet and London Ballet Ensemble.
Rebecca completed the Professional Dancers Teaching Diploma with the Royal Academy of Dance, earning Distinction and her RAD registered teacher status.
She is currently a member of the ballet faculty at the Royal Academy of Dance in Battersea, teaching students from age three to Advanced 2. Rebecca also teaches in national and international workshops and summer programs.
